The United States Senate will likely vote on two measures in the next few weeks that would block EPA’s ban. The first measure would deny EPA any funding to implement this policy. EPA is about to cave to California’s car ban

It’s no secret government occasionally tries to hide “bad news” in late Friday information dumps. Well, they do the same during holiday breaks, and if you weren’t watching regulations.gov on December 26th—and who in their right mind would be doing that??— you would have missed that EPA opened up a comment period signaling their intention to green light California’s ban on sales of new gas, diesel, flex fuel and traditional hybrid vehicles.
